This is more of what I expected: increasing inventory, lower prices. I always tell clients that people are less inclined to want to move over the holidays because there are enough other things to be concerned about that considering moving just falls on the back burner.
However, I am a little surprised by the decrease in the average days on market. Could just be that those who are ready to rent, are being aggressive about renting quickly. I expect the next few months to also be slow. Stay tuned. Ocean fronts tomorrow.
