Back In Session-School and the Housing Market

I get so frustrated listening, reading, or watching the news. Just like the threat of a recession, we've had threats that the Fed's rate hikes will result in higher mortgage rates and a huge turn in the housing market. Wrong. 

Not only are mortgage rates down from their mid June high, we are adding inventory at a slower rate. Translation, housing market will be back in session along with school.
